BUSINESS OWNERS POLICY

The Business owner’s Policy (BOP) is a package policy specially designed for small businesses. 

Office buildings may not have more than 100,000 square feet, retail or service businesses may not have more than 25,000 square feet and/or gross annual sales of $3,000,000.

Apartment houses include those that do not exceed six stories and have 60 units or less. Residential or office condominium associations are also eligible.

Property and liability are included on the businessowner's policy but the insured does not have to own the building.
